Welcome to Eduminta. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through Eduminta and applies to every user purchasing any course, educational content, subscription, or digital service available on the platform.
Because Eduminta provides digital educational content that becomes accessible immediately after purchase, all transactions are generally considered final.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request may only be submitted within two (2) hours of successful payment.

Requests received after the 2-hour period will not be eligible for consideration.
No Refund After Content Access
Refunds shall not be provided if the user has:
Opened the course
Viewed any lesson
Watched any video
Accessed learning materials
Downloaded resources
Used any part of the purchased content
Platform logs, access records, and usage history may be used to verify content access.
Once any course content has been accessed, the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.
Approved Refund Deductions
If a refund is approved, Eduminta reserves the right to deduct:
Payment gateway charges
Transaction processing fees
Banking charges
Administrative fees
Taxes and statutory deductions
The refunded amount may therefore be lower than the original amount paid.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.
Chargebacks
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Eduminta.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
Account suspension
Permanent account termination
Recovery of losses and costs
Legal action where applicable
Final Decision
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
Eduminta reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, reject, or determine refund eligibility.
Eduminta’s decision shall be final and binding.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising under this policy shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
